Participants
Mitchell Kelly - An ABW and GEC veteran, this is Mitchell’s fourth year of ABW participation and his third Global Enterprise Challenge. As the most experienced member of the team he has an important role, and is eagerly anticipating the immense challenge that this year's task will undoubtedly hold. Mitchell possesses aspirations to lead the youthful team surrounding him to victory for the second year in succession, a goal which holds great difficulty given the calibre of the opposition, yet remains attainable.
Chris Greathead - Chris has been part of ABW since 2008. He is a fantastically creative Photoshopper and quite the budding video editor. He has a degree in general awesomeness and he has a great belief in the ability of his team. Chris is a willing team member and he hopes his team can pull off another amazing victory!
Josh Capps - This is Josh’s second time in a GEC team and he really hopes his team can live up to last year’s standards. With half of the team being new he can’t wait to see what challenges will arise this time around. He likes working creatively, however Josh also likes maths and can always come up with useful statistics.
Jacob Warhurst - He is a puzzle, wrapped within an enigma, shrouded in riddles, lovingly sprinkled with intrigue, express mailed to Harvard University only to be deferred to Earnshaw's GEC team. Jacob has already experienced the GEC, resulting in his team being crowned international champion. He believes that there is nothing quite like tasting the success associated with hard work and determination, and is certain that his team will once again reign supreme.
Gus Randle - This is Gus' second GEC and last ABW program. As always he enlists the need for humour, whether by he or his peers. After Gus was a part of the winning team last year, his thirst for GEC victory blood needs to be quenched again. Gus also enjoys being Italian and has a PhD in gaming.
Jessie Edge-Williams - This is Jessie's second year as part of the GEC team. Jessie is the only Year 11 student in the team this year. She is excited to be taking on a bigger role and looks forward to the competition.
Jaime Lines - Jaime is a new unique member added to the GEC team. She enjoys participating in business competitions and is hoping to contribute to the team immensely. Jaime enjoys parties and can’t wait to see where they end up.
Bridget Greathead - Bridget is excited! It is her first time in a GEC team, although, she has participated in ABW before. Bridget believes that she can help the team this year by being a creative influence on others. Bridget likes thinking and having fun.
Avalon Hutchinson - This is Avalon's first time in the GEC team. She hopes to get good business skills out of this, as she aspires to go to university and study law. Avalon enjoys playing volleyball and netball and listening to loud music.

Mentors
Colleen Hills - Colleen has been at the college for what seems like an eternity. She has been involved with ABW-related activities, both as a co-ordinator and mentor, since 1999. She will try anything once (within reason) and her motto is, “there is only one of me”.
Bob Steele - Bob has been working as a mentor with Earnshaw on ABW programs since 2002. He brings a wealth of business experience and knowledge to his mentoring role, and is a major factor in the college’s continued success in ABW-related activities. He likes a nice cuppa and some home baked goodies.
