Tina Bennet is Deputy Principal at Seven Hills
High School and has had
12 years involvement with ABW. She coordinated the award winning school program
at St Clair High School and over 7 years developed and enhanced it so that it
is now recognised as one of the most successful enterprise education school
programs in Western Sydney .
Tina has had school teams participate in the Australian section of the Global Enterprise Challenge in 2005 and 2006 and when not competing, was a member of the judging panel in 2007.
Over the years she has been an arduous supporter of ABW and enterprise education in general. She has delivered workshops to teachers on practical ways of including enterprise education into the curriculum and has established successful business partnerships for the benefit of students in each of the schools she has taught. Tina is a co-author of a commerce text book in use in NSW Schools, has been a member of the Board of Studies exam committee responsible for assessing the stage 6 curriculum and has been a senior marker of the HSC Business Studies paper for the past 6 years.
